Covid-19 Business Update 21st December 2020
Following government advice, from 26th December 2020 our showroom will be physically closed but will be digitally open. The parts and service departments will remain open for all your essential servicing, repairs and MOT needs.
Sales will be able to operate a COVID safe click and collect or a remote delivery service to take care of customers who need their new car. Business can be done outside the showroom and online. All our staff will wear face coverings and protective screens are in place at the service desks.
We remain digitally open for new and used cars and all of our stock is available to purchase through our website with just £99 deposit, plus we can arrange a contactless delivery to your door. Upon arrival we will sanitize your new car so you can start driving straight away.
We hope to be able to open the showroom again on 19th January 2021.

With the news dominated by Covid-19, I wanted let you know we are stepping up our cleaning and are vigilantly implementing improved processes.
We are closely monitoring the guidance from the authorities regarding the spread of the virus and our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs whilst doing our part to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Here’s what we’re doing.
We’ve introduced cleaning of interiors of cars after each test drive, and courtesy car use. In particular, we are paying special attention to the places people touch such as steering wheels, door handles and other hard surfaces.
We are also cleaning our facilities more frequently with recommended sanitising products and encouraging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.
We are also encouraging visitors to use hand gel to sanitise their hands when they arrive on site.
If your car is with us for service, we will disinfect high touch areas (steering wheel, handbrake etc) and again before it is returned to you. We will also do the same for any car that you plan to take a demonstration in.
In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who have a new cough or temperature to stay at home for 7 days consult 111 if symptoms do not improve over the 7 days.
If you have an existing service booking and wish to change this please contact us on 01592 778160, to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to promote a safe and secure rental experience.
We can also bring cars to you for test drive to help facilitate the purchase of your new vehicle.
We will continue to consult with Public Health Scotland, VW Group & relevant bodies and follow any guidance provided. As it is a continually changing situation, we will keep a close eye on all expert advice, and we will provide updates if anything changes here at Fife SEAT.
